What To Bring

Please be on time to class, out of respect for the yoga and your classmates. "On time" means to be in the studio at least 5 minutes before class is scheduled to start, so you can get whatever you need, change clothes, and be in the yoga room at class start time. If you are a new student, "on time" means at least 20 minutes before class starts. There are papers to sign and the teacher will want to talk with you.

Make sure you bring...

  • A yoga mat (no padded mats please)
  • A large towel to go over your yoga mat
  • Bottled water
  • You can choose to rent a yoga mat or towel at the studio. Water bottles are for sale as well.
  • Dress prepared to sweat. Men wear shorts; Women generally wear shorts with sports bra and/or tank top.
