What To Bring

Please be on time to class, out of respect for the yoga and your classmates. "On time" means to be in the studio at least 10 minutes before class is scheduled to start, so you can get whatever you need, change clothes, and begin to let the heat sink in. If you are a new student, "on time" means at least 20 minutes before class starts. There are papers to sign and the teacher will want to talk with you. On some occasions, people will be admitted to class after we have started. If you think you might be late because of traffic, call and let us know. If you are lost, call and let us know. Thanks for your consideration.

Make sure you bring...

  • Waiver Form (Click Here to Print Out the Required Bikram Yoga Marietta Waiver Form)
  • A small towel for during class
  • A large towel for after class
  • Clothes that allow for a lot of movement (clothes designed for yoga are best; shorts are better than pants).
  • A yoga mat
  • Bottled water (you'll need it!)
  • If you don't have some or all of these items, you can rent it or buy it from the studio
